Reservation Cancellation Policy
The Country Bed & Breakfast is a small establishment with a limited number of rooms. Because of our small size and not overbooking like large hotels, cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly. Please read and understand our cancellation policy:
- All cancellations must be made by a person-to-person telephone call.
- If you make cancellations 7-14 days ahead of your expected arrival, we will process the full amount on your credit card and mail you a gift certificate for the full amount. You can use it anytime during the following twelve months.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your expected arrival, we will charge you the full amount of your stay and you will not receive a gift certificate.
We know that life happens, so please call us to discuss your specific situation and needs. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requirements. Multiple room bookings may require a 50% per room deposit.
Children
The Country Bed & Breakfast is an adult oriented bed and breakfast where guests come to experience a peaceful visit. Unfortunately, young children, toddlers and infants are not conducive to this experience, most often resulting in disappointment and discomfort for everyone involved. Young adults aged 12 or older are welcome.
Pets
The Country Bed & Breakfast does not accept pets.
Smoke-Free Environment
The Country Bed & Breakfast is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. We do not permit smoking in guest rooms, bathrooms, on the porches, indoor public areas including outbuildings, or anywhere on our grounds where it may affect other guests or pose a fire hazard. We will assess a $400 cleaning fee to your credit card for any violations of our no smoking policy.
